IHi there, my name is Keryn Emmerson and I am from Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.

Rockhampton is in the tropical mid-north of Queensland, Australia, and the weather rarely gets cold, but that doesn't stop me making quilts.  I've quilted for 33 years, and there are still lots of quilts that need to be made.

[I've also written a book that has been released by American Quilters Society, called Beautiful Quilts As You Go (http://www.americanquilter.com/items/item_detail.php?item_num=6803).  I teach QAYG workshops all over Australia, as well as many other techniques.

[What I would like to do on this site is post a log of the quilts that I make, and simple lessons for piecing.  Learning to build a website has been interesting to say the least, but it's starting to be fun.  Come and have a look at what I've been doing...
