This is called Brown's Crossing, after my friend, longarmer Kaye Brown. Every time I go to visit her she lets me raid her scrap bins, and what wonderful scrap bins she has. It's heaven! I made these blocks from some of those scraps, along with a length of white and red polka-dot fabric from my vintage scraps. The only piece I bought was the border. I used the Chunky Churndash block from Quiltville (see link on home page), made them half negative and half positive value placement and set them on point.
