This was made to use up a mountain of pale 1 1/2"strips that had accumulated.  I bought a few new FQs to liven it up, including the mad cat fabric in the block below.  Every time I saw one of those silly grinning faces it cheered me up.

The outer strips are2"cut, finishing at 1 1/2".  It works out to a 7"block.

The borders are 2 1/2"strips, finishing at 2".
